Well. this is a little different.

There are TWO trial dates scheduled for Father Robyn Gwyn.  Two complainants have come forward, and there are two trial dates. Mark your calendars now. :

02 August 2016:  10 am, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, 5 Court Street, Kingston

24 October 2016:  10 am, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, 5 Court Street, Kingston

Each trial is scheduled for one day.

As I understand it, the motion yesterday related to a request by defence NOT to have Justice Tranmer take the bench at both trials.  Justice Tranmer will now take the bench at one trial and another judge will preside over the other.

Gwyn is facing a total of eight charges:

1. sexual assault
2. sexual assault
3. 3. sexual interference
4.  sexual exploitation
5.  sexual exploitation
6. sexual assault
7. invit. to sexual touching
8. sexual interference

There are three charges from one complainant, and five from another.

Please keep the complainants in your prayers.
