(1) Father Ronald Leger csv (Viatirian priest who served in Archdiocese of St. Boniface, Manitoba for many years)
The next court date for Father Ronald Leger, Viatorian priest, who entered a guilty plea 13 July 2015 to sex abuse charges dating to the 1980s and early 2000, is:
09 February 2016: 2 pm, disposition coordinator docket, Winnipeg Provincial courthouse (408 York Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba )
Leger, who both attended and taught at Cornwall’s Classical College, had a court-date in Winnipeg, Manitoba yesterday. I can find no media coverage.
“Disposition” is the outcome of the case. Does that mean he has been sentenced? Does anyone know? When I have more free time I can make a few more phone calls to find out, but that may be a while, so, any news regarding sentencing would be welcome.

(2) Donald Grecco (was with Diocese of St. Catharine’s Ontario)
The next court date for ex-priest and previously convicted child molester is Donald Grecco is:
02 February 2016: 2 pm, “to be spoken to,” Cayuga court house (55 Munsee St. N., Cayuga, Ontario)

(4) Father Stephen Amesse (Archdiocese of Ottawa, Ontario)
The continuation of Father Stephen Amesse’s preliminary hearing is:
22 January 2015: continuation of Preliminary Hearing Ottawa courthouse (161 Elgin St.)
I am awaiting a call back with the start time. I think it would be 10 am, the same time as the previous dates of the hearing, but am not sure and, yes, sometimes the times do change. As soon as I find out I will let you know.

Hopefully next week I will be in a position to make a number of phone calls, answer emails and get back to work on Sylvia’s Site full time. Right now my priority is to try keep the court dates as up-to-date as possible.

My web host sold to another company. A surprise! There were a few tense moments when I first heard the news and the site was “migrated’ to a new ‘server.’ The site was down for a spell yesterday during the process – it happened unexpectedly so no opportunity to notify you. There are still a few things which I must change, but so far all seems to be going fairly well.
I will certainly miss my previous host, Zoltan
