The preliminary hearing for former Cornwall teacher and thrice convicted molester Marcel Lalonde starts this morning in Cornwall, Ontario:
13 January 2015: Preliminary hearing, 10 am, Cornwall, Ontario courthouse (29 Second St. W.)
I urge those who can do so to attend. Because this is a preliminary hearing there will be a publication ban on all testimony and evidence, but the public can attend and information such as the number of persons in attendance, the names of judge and lawyers, and Lalonde’s demeanor and attire can be published.
